Palace Cinemas Raine Square

Raine Square is a new multi-screen flagship offer from Palace Cinemas in the heart of Perth City. The suite of 9 primary screens are complimented by 4 premium auditoriums showcasing the new Palace Platinum offer. Arriving from the escalators, the extensive foyer spaces provide 3 different bar offers for patrons. The central Champagne Bar and Lounge Bar sit at the heart of Raine Square with the new Rooftop Terrace Bar nestling in the rooftop of the heritage facade overlooking Wellington Street.  Additionally, the Platinum Lounge provides an exclusive bar dedicated to the premium cinema screens.

The design approach evolves the language created at Sydney’s Palace Central and creates a rich, tactile and immersive cinema experience providing a suite of different bar environments for varying occasions. The central Champagne Bar looks to restore the glamour to the movie going experience creating a confidently intimate and luxe setting, mixing saturated tones with high gloss veneer, lustrous metallics and rich upholstery. A glistening canopy of overhead lights reflects off the surrounding stainless and polished steel surfaces and defines the curved lounge area which is anchored below by low level timber veneer lined banquette seating.

The main Lounge Bar provides a range of both high and low seating options creating a layered and tactile bar experience. The material palette focused on rich saturated colours with natural stone, timber and leather accents.

Collectively, the design approach for Palace Raines Square seeks to provide an engaging, inviting and tactile journey for customers, providing a myriad of layered experiences.
