The Arbour

At Brown Brothers’ winery estate in Milawa, The Arbour creates an all-season destination for relaxed outdoor dining. Three timber-lined roof forms respond to the estate’s agricultural buildings, sheltering intimate and connected spaces that remain open to the gardens.

A deep green steel frame and garden pergola link the pavilion to its verdant surroundings. Reclaimed brick, timber and metal establish an effortlessly simple palette complemented by predominantly Australian-designed furniture in rich greens, soft pinks and subtle greys. Fireplaces, fire pits and butterfly chairs further add to the convivial atmosphere.
