One Wilson Avenue is a new 8-storey development by Milieu Property and Neometro – a unique partnership between two of Melbourne’s most thoughtful developers. The building is designed by Fieldwork Architects, with interiors and architectural collaboration by DesignOffice. The lower levels of the building have been crafted to connect the generous and adaptable first floor Live/Work spaces to the pedestrian movement, landscaping and commercial tenancies below.
