The flagship store for Australian womenswear brand Mastani creates a confident and layered store environment which is underpinned by a distillation of the brand’s core values.
More Information Less InformationDesignOffice worked with the client and creative director to create a signature store language which encapsulates the brand and showcases the collection of women’s apparel and accessories. The range is inspired by the evolution of modern women to a position of power, characterised by strength and beauty.
A layered journey from the street takes customers through a series of 3 salons. Articulation of the ceiling and walls, accentuated with custom free-standing wall screens, defines a series of separate collections. The rhythm of the new felt-lined ceiling beams adds definition and increases the sense of depth and richness.
A palette mixing soft hues of polished plaster with natural stone, oak, woollen carpet and fabric creates a rich and tactile store environment.
