Foveaux Street Buildings

The brief called for the extension and refurbishment of a series of connected commercial buildings on Foveaux Street in Sydney’s Surry Hills precinct.

The design responses strip back the existing internal fabric to reveal and restore concrete soffits, brick walls and timber beams.

Externally, the primary facades are re-imagined to increase daylight and add dynamic new screens and glazing to the tree-lined streets.

A new rooftop terrace will provide further amenities for the future commercial tenants providing views out across the inner city skyline.
