Conceived by the same team behind Peel, Bedford by Milieu represents the evolution of a sophisticated and distinctive design approach that speaks directly to its discerning customer and inner-suburban context. Appealing to the owner-occupier market, a framework called the ‘ABC model’ was devised to maximise choice, flexibility and personal expression within each individual apartment. The footprint allows for three different kitchen arrangements, and three bathroom/laundry/robe combinations, to suit individual preferences for circulation, flow, privacy and storage provision, resulting in highly personalised apartment designs. 

Access to natural light is maximised and a suite of considered elements integrated, becoming signature design moves in Milieu’s premium offering. A welcome station at the entry and window seat facing into a courtyard create moments of calm at the boundaries, whilst thoughtful storage that combines pure function and ease serves to further elevate the daily living experience. Throughout, enduring materials like lacquered cabinetry, stainless steel, gridded tiling and accents of deep grey and olive-green create comfortable and robust spaces that are a pleasure to live in.
